Vintage Enamel On Copper Signed PARTHESIUS Framed Woman & Child

Signed but I cannot make out the signature measures over all 11x8.5 inches copper painting is 8 x 5.5 inches. Picture is in bueatiful condition but frame has some issues please look closely at pictures... I do have the broken pieces of the frame to send.
