Victorian Loetz Spreading Hand Painted Art Glass Ewer Vase w Enameled Florals
Bohemian art glass ewer / vase is mould blown with spreading colours and decorated with hand painted florals. The rim has a partial scissor-cut design. Interior colour is opaque opal white.
Exterior has a soft pink colour at the rim and spreads to a apricot pink colour. Completely hand painted with sprays of Cherry Blossom flowers in a purple enameled colour. Applied handle is satin colourless glass. Polished pontil on the base.
The low footed base is 2-3/8 diameter. From Harrach or Loetz, Circa. The shape is shown covering Early Loetz research as pic 30.03.
