Jackson Pollock Painting on old wooden board. Drip action painting, looks to be a board from floor or wall. Enamel and latex on wood. Painting/canvas size is 52 1/2 x 11 x 1 inches. No frame is included in the sale, just the painting. On back, along with inscription "Springs, NY". Possibly 1949 as on back ('49). Signed in the right side.

Used, in rough shape and age around the edges - see photos. However there is some surface dirt that I have not attempted.

There are some cracks in the paint as well. There is a section cut out of the left side, looking at the paint application, seems to have been like this before it was painted. This item came from my vast collection of over 30 years. They are usually estate sales and the like, sorry no more information came with it. This item does not come with any guarantee of authenticity, nor have I taken it to have it appraised. All photos act as part of the description, be sure to scroll to the right to see them all. The time has come for me to unload a large portion of my art collection, that I have been collecting over the course of a few decades. My collection has grown too large for me to keep, and most of it has been in storage for a long time. Most of these are in as is, as bought condition. While I have displayed many of them, I would need a museum or warehouse to house them.

Many of these pieces have come from years of rummaging through thrift stores, storage auctions and the like. Also some I've gotten on trade and some from collectors. If I have a specific history I will post it. I understand that some of these pieces might be worth more than what I'm asking, but I just don't have the time, resources or energy to invest.
