Original Art Deco Lorenzl Nude Cold Painted Match Striker Figure, Signed, circa 1930. The piece is signed Lorenzl on the base and under the base it is marked Made in Austria. It stands 8 inches tall and the base measures 3-7/8 inches square; quite heavy, weighing 2 lbs, 8 oz. She has her original bronze painted finish, but it is chipping and worn, as you can see in the photos. There may be a ding on her breast and possibly on her nose, but it is difficult to tell without stripping the paint; no cracks. Both the match striker that fits in the rear and the flint that fits in the base are missing.

I have left her as she was found. This is a wonderful Art Deco period piece to display as-is, or she could be restored to her former glory. You can find more about the artist online.
