Overall size with frame (measured from back) is 15 3/4 x 13 3/4. Actual art measures approx 9 1/2" x 7 1/2". Has COA from Collectors' Guild Ltd glued on back.

Frame has minor damage and cloth matting has some staining (see pics). Enamel is in perfect condition.
