Phyllis Toburen 4'x5' "Sea of Love" Abstract Sculptural Enamel Painting Earth Crust. 1948 "Sea of Love", circa 2000, Toburen's proprietary method of sculpture acrylic enamel on canvas creating a deeply textural plane. Topcoated with clear UV resin. Has a portrait orientation but the former owner preferred viewing in landscape as a result it is wired for either. Condition: very faint surface scratch to clear resin layer only top left, noticeable only under utmost scrutiny.
