Antique Ornate Frosted Glass/ Floral Enamel Hand Painted Biscuit Jar

For your consideration is an antique frosted glass biscuit jar decorated. Beautifully with enamel paint featuring a lovely purple iris with swirling. Green leaves and against heavily painted twigs. Also a flower on back. The lid and handle are silver plate and very substantial in weight. 8 1/4 tall with a bottom circumference of 17 1/2 inches. This comes from the Art Nouveau period close to the turn of the. It is in overall very nice condition for age/ use. Lid has some silver plate loss. There are a few tiny scratches/ marks. This is a European piece from either France.
