Antique Czech Filigree Enamel Jeweled Brooch Turban Sultan

This whimsical brooch is 1.5 long and is designed of brass filigree in the shape of a turbaned man. It has fine enamel detailing set with little glass stones. The pin back works fine and the enamel and stones are present.
