Fine Large Charles Partheseus Vintage Enamel On Copper Impressionist Painting

This is a gorgeous vintage enamel on copper painting by well known listed artist Charles Edward Parthesius. It is signed Parthesius and appears to be from the Mid 60s.

He was a well known watercolor artist who then switched to enamel on copper. This piece is exceptionally large for one of his pieces and measures 9" x 12" not including frame. It is in a very nice custom vintage frame that measures 12 1/2" x 15 1/2". It is in very nice condition and so is the frame. This is one of the largest of his pieces we have seen.
